Installation Instructions

After downloading the installation file, double-click on it to start the setup process. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Uninstallation Instructions

1. Click Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features (Add/Remove Programs for Windows XP)
2. Locate the program you want to uninstall
3. Right-click on the program and select 'Uninstall'

2. Select Control Panel and then Uninstall a Program
3. Locate the program you want to uninstall
4. Right-click on the program and select 'Uninstall'

1. Click the 'Go' button at the top left of the screen and select 'Applications'
2. Locate the program you want to uninstall
3. Right-click on the program and select 'Move to Trash'

Important Notice

We changed product names in January 2010. If you have installed a product with a former name, please uninstall the old program before installing the new one:
